Information you provide

When you send a contact request or shirt preorder reservation, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, selected shirt size and quantity, pickup/shipping preference, and message.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your inquiry, discuss a potential service, or follow up about merchandise reservations. A preorder request is not a completed sale and no payment card details are collected.

Form handling

This website uses Netlify Forms to receive and store submissions. Form entries may be processed by Netlify for spam detection and made available to authorized site administrators. Please don't submit sensitive financial or health information through these forms.

Retention and requests

We keep submissions as needed to handle inquiries and reservations, and review/delete old entries periodically. To request access to or deletion of the information you submitted, email tyler@alienvtwin.com.

Other services

The website may load fonts through Google Fonts and is hosted by Netlify. These services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the website.
